Wildcat Local Roast
The University of Arizona now has its own licensed food product, a proprietary coffee blend that came about after a conversation between Todd Millay, senior director of student unions, and student union executive chef Michael Omo. The new Wildcat blend was blind taste-tested with other brands by about 4,000 students, with the Arizona blend coming out the winner. A new Wildcat Local Roast logo was created and the product is now available in Keurig cups and in dark and medium roasts.
