International Thanksgiving Dinner

Food plays a big part in Kent State University’s celebration of International Education Week, and the Kent Student Center is where flavors from around the world get shared during that week in November. From a Cultural Café with traditional foods and presentations by students from specific countries, to an international cook-off challenge, and an international Thanksgiving dinner, the events bring some real spice to the annual education initiative from the U.S. Department of Education and Department of State.
