There will be a mandatory safety meeting and new team orientation every day. All participants are required to attend one of these meetings. A MidwayUSA Foundation representative will be available onsite to review your account and ask questions. Additionally, a full team orientation can be held upon arrival for all new teams attending the program for the first time. International Shoot Out Invitations

Competitors for this event will be selected as follows: the top six competitors, in the men and women’s division, from the ACUI International Conference Championships and Super Shoots, will receive automatic invitation. If remaining spots are available, athletes who competed in any ACUI International Conference Championships or Super Shoots will be invited to participate. All participants that are not the individual winners of an International Conference Championship or Super Shoot event will be required to pay the entry fee. Registration, schedule, and additional details may be found with the championships information below.


The following fees reflect pricing before conference championship participant discounts. The registration deadline is February 14.

All competitors in the ISO event must be registered for at least one other championship event.

Registration After February 14, including onsite registration, will have additional fees apply and the supply of ammunition is not guaranteed from ACUI or Federal.

  • Friday, March 20 – Practice for International Skeet
  • Saturday, March 21 – International Skeet competition; Practice for International Bunker Trap
  • Sunday, March 22 – International Bunker Trap competition; Awards Ceremony

Collegiate Clay Target Championships

  • Monday, March 23 – Practice available for all events
  • Tuesday, March 24 – Sporting Clays and Super Sporting competition opens; ACUI Sporting Clays Scholarship Championship opens
  • Wednesday, March 25 – Competition opens for American Trap, American Skeet, American Trap Doubles, and American Skeet Doubles; Sporting Clays and Super Sporting competition continues
  • Thursday, March 26 – All event competition available
  • Friday, March 27 – All events available; Sporting Clays and Super Sporting Awards Ceremony
  • Saturday, March 28 – American Trap, American Skeet, American Trap Doubles, and American Skeet Doubles conclude; final awards ceremony


Specific shoot times are squadded by the coach/team representative. Tie breakers and finals will be done on the last day of that competition. The ACUI Collegiate Clay Target Match Program for nationals will provide event details for coaches, participants, and guests.

A room block is available at these two hotels. Reservations may be made online through February 28. Or if you prefer to call, you may reach the Courtyard at 210.509.3700 or the Fairfield at 210.682.6800 and reference the ACUI Collegiate Room Block.


National Shooting Complex

The hosts at the National Shooting Complex are top notch, and this event uses nearly all of the 671 acres the complex. It is located in a growing area of San Antonio, and there is often construction, so allow plenty of time on your first day. The complex offers maps to assist with alternative routes when construction is planned. The most used entrance Roft Road, and there are many ways to get to it. Additionally, if you are shooting sporting or super sporting and have already registered and had your safety briefing, you may want to go directly to the course via Gass Road.

San Antonio Airport

The San Antonio International Airport is about 30 minutes away from the National Shooting complex. The hotel complex listed above is on the way to the range from the airport using the I- 410 route. Car rental is readily available and now located adjacent to the terminal.
