All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Individuals whose ACUI Annual Conference was transferred to the ACUI Virtual
Conference can cancel their registration for credit to their ACUI account until May 19, 2020, without incurring fees. Requests received after May 19, 2020, will be processed, less the fee for ACUI Virtual Conference registration. Those requiring
a full refund for Annual Conference registration should contact email@example.com.
New registrations for the Virtual Conference may be canceled until May 19, 2020. Refunds cannot be approved for Virtual Conference cancellation requests received after May 19, 2020, to include no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted at any time;
to substitute an attendee, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Login sharing and splitting are strictly prohibited.
ACUI reserves exclusive right to modify, postpone/reschedule, or cancel this program for any reason. If there is an event cancellation, every attempt will be made to reschedule, and registration fees will be applied to the rescheduled event date. Any
incidental expenses incurred related to a cancelled event cannot be refunded under any circumstances. If a cancelled event cannot be rescheduled, ACUI will determine an equitable basis for the refund or credit of a portion or all of the registration
fees, after due consideration of circumstances and expenditures.
