Keynote: Laila Ireland
Laila Ireland

Laila Ireland makes a powerful case for equality and transgender rights and will offer insight on how we can better support transgender students. Ireland served for 12 years in the U.S. Army; she was honorably discharged and medically retired in November 2015. On June 4, 2015, Ireland and her then-fiancé Staff Sergeant Logan Ireland came out as transgender service members by sharing their story in the short film "Transgender, at War, and in Love.” Find out more.

Keynote: Radha Agrawal
Radha Agrawal

Radha Agrawal is a community force. She is the co-founder, CEO, and chief community architect of Daybreaker. She spent 18 months synthesizing her key methods for community building, peeling back the curtain on exactly what she and her team did (and continue to do) at Daybreaker so that anyone interested in creating their own community could have a blueprint for how to do it.
