Colleagues,

We at Texas State are interested in how you document cost per person in programming.  How do you determine what the cost per head should be for each program?  While in the planning process do you have an optimal target amount or range per head? What processes do you have in place to assist programming groups in planning events?  How do you address differences between anticipated cost per person and actual?

Any information/forms/policies/procedures you can share would be very helpful and much appreciated.  Thanks.
