Hello all,

I am looking for student employee satisfaction surveys as well as customer satisfaction surveys.  I am specifically looking for ones related to game rooms, information desks, student secretaries, student managers, operations staff and print centers, but any samples will do.  Thanks.

Kristie I have attached our suvery for our conference rooms.  Our student building managers give them out to all our customers, and we have boxes in each room that they can drop them into when they are done.  Let me know if you have any questions.
