Greeting Colleagues!

At Illinois State University, we have a pretty comprehensive training program in place for specific positions.  What we'd like to do now is to build a program for our manager-level students (and potentially even ALL of our student employees) in leadership and student development.  Specifically, we're looking to add seminars and programs that teach transferable skills such as leadership, business etiquette, resume-writing skills, interviewing skills, customer-service training, interpersonal skills, and writing workshops.  This list could obviously go on and on and on

If any of you have such a program in place, would you be willing to share any documentation that you have and or an executive summary of your program?  Emailing me directly would be great...but it would also be fabulous if you could post any relevant materials to the document exchange here so that others might be able to use the information in the future.
