Hi All -

Hope everyone is getting through the end of the semester.  We here at Rutgers University are looking at creating a new Exit Interview process for our student employees at the Student Centers.  We are looking at exit interviews for Manager positions and regular staff.  If anyone has anything they can share we would greatly appreciate it.
