Hi,
I am looking for answers to a few quick questions on your staffing patterns for your College/University Student Center staff.
1. Name of your institution?
2. What is your enrollment?
3. Square footage of your student center?
4. How many FTE's on your staff, including titles? Can you include an organizational chart?
5. How many student staff, including general titles?
6. In approximate numbers, what is your annual operating budget?
7. Name of your Student Center?

You may wish to participate in the ACUI Benchmarking program. (ACUI Info from one of the drop-down menus on the ACUI.ORG page.) I've used it successfully to get an idea of how my union stacks up against others of similar school sizes etc. You do need to enter your own data first, and it does take a little time to get started, but well worth the effort (as far as I'm concerned!).
