Meeting Matrix vs. Visio

 I'm currently have Meeting Matrix, but am considering downgrading to visio. I've been playing with a trial download, and can't see where you can make your own room templates and apply your own furniture styles and sizes to an inventory. Am I missing it? Anyone with experience with both have any thoughts? I don't want to switch to visio if I can't count on the measurements to be accurate. We rely on Meeting Matrix to tell us when something will fit or not.
