Multipurpose Room Chair Questions

I am curious if anyone else has the Curvy Model Chair by Leland.  We have them for our multipurpose rooms and though they function well we have seen a high number of them breaking.  

 

I am seeking other opinions about the chair and their interactions, if any, with Leland.
