Building Round Technology and Software

All,

Our events crews are supposed to execute building rounds throughout the evening.  I would like to utilize some type of patrolling software that ensures they are checking specific spaces at specific times and know who completed the rounds.  Does anyone have any software or patrol system that they use or recommend?

Honestly I just trust that my staff are doing these things. I have our event staff check in with our building manager to make sure everything gets done.

If needed I do have check lists for new employees that they can mark off to see that they got every area.

If you are having problems, you may be able to have them take pictures of the spaces?

 They do take photographs when items are out of place, but we are extending our hours and our building superviser leaves a couple of hours before close.  We have such  a large space and two building that I thought this would help ensure rounds and really overall safety of our staff and customers.
