At the University of Rochester, we currently have a home grown system to manage our student organizations.  It has both a public side and a club side (tools to help student organizations manage their business - membership, documents, etc.).  About 5 years ago, we compared our system to some of the products that existed and we decided to keep our current system.  We are currently in this evaluation process again so am looking for feedback and thoughts from others.  We have presentations scheduled with CollegiateLink and Org Sync.  Are there any other platforms that anyone would encourage us to look at and why?

If you have one of these platforms, any of the following information would be helpful.
- Why did you choose that particular product for your school?
- What are the tools and outcomes that you have benefited from the most?
- What do you wish you would have known before you purchased your system?
- What level of recommendation would you give your current product?

Please feel free to post responses back to everyone so that all can benefit.

Thanks-

I'd also be very interested because the University of Houston is in the same process.  Any knowledge on successful programs out there?
