I have heard amazing things about the Women's Leadership Institute over the past couple of years.  I was hoping that some individuals that have attended the Institute would be willing to share some of their experiences or why they felt the program would be valuable to other women in their Higher Education journeys.

"I attended the Women's Leadership Institute the first year.  It was fabulous.  There was a community of women who had similar jobs, could relate to what I was going through, and who could support me.  There are certain things, in my opinion, it is easier to share with women, rather than men.  This conference allowed me a venue in which to do that.  If you are thinking about going, definitely do!"
