Hello Everyone,

I know that every building has a unique approach to how students patrol the Student Union and take stock of the events and condition of the spaces, but I was wondering if people had recommended software that they use. 

We have tried using email but information becomes too clumped and difficult to track.  We are attempting to use Microsoft Groove but that too presents problems such as compatibility, support and longevity.  Is anyone aware of any software for the iPad?

Also if people have any ideas for a streamlined formatting for rounds reports that would be very helpful.

This might help. We have our student building managers write shift reports and we have them include all of this information in those reports.
