Does anyone use digital signage and allow student organizations to submit slides/ads to be posted? If so, could you please share with us the procedures you use? Do you use a template for them to follow? Do you limit the amount of slides per organization? Do you limit the frequency in which they display?
Any information you can share would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
Closest thing I've seen is before the movies at NCSU, we used to allow students to submit slides. I'd contact Rick Gardner at North Carolina State, and he should be able to help you out.

Hi Anita-
We use a digital signage system throughout the building and allow student organizations and departments to create slides and submit through their accounts (online). We then approve slides and they run for the pre-determined amount of time.
Check in with Kate Strotmeyer (kstrotme@uvm.edu) for more details.

We only allow on-campus related advertising (i.e. no off campus apartments or services). Here is our form that people use to request space: http://studentcenter.rice.edu/reservations/digital-signage-ad-space/
We have a limit for the total postings on a given day but have not needed to enforce that yet (however, we only had 1 month or so in the spring when we had the available space). We have 2 screens and are not connected to any other screens across campus.
