Part 1: New York City, November 14–16

Fly into New York City and room at Hotel Pennsylvania, just a short walk from Times Square. Engage and network with colleagues from the United States as you tour four unique colleges and universities. Learn from students and staff about student unions and student life in New York. Evenings will be unscheduled so that you may explore the city's rich history and atmosphere.

Part 2: ACUI Region VIII Conference, Boston, November 17–19

Following your visit to New York, you will travel to University of Massachusetts–Boston to experience the 2017 Region VIII Conference.  Attendees include student union and student life professionals from more than 40 colleges and universities in the region. Networking opportunities are complimented by a robust schedule of educational workshops for both professional staff and students. Conference educational session topics include mental health; fiscal, human, and facility management; supervision of employees; programming; building community; emerging technology; leadership; working with diverse populations; and more.

Registration 

The registration fee includes hotel (three nights in New York City and two nights in Boston), NYC Metro pass, ground transportation to Boston, registration for the Region VIII Conference, four university tours in New York, five lunches, five breakfasts, and three dinners.
