This program is part of a four-session extended online learning series, which provides a balance of theoretical ideas, practical applications, and networking opportunities for college unions and student activities professionals with an interest in student leadership.
In this session, participants explore some simple strategies that can be applied to make student leader training programs more intentional, organized, and effective. Successful training programs are all about meeting student needs. But we all know how tricky that can be when students' needs change from day to day and from person to person.
