The Women's Leadership Institute is a premeir program for women leaders co-produced by several higher education associations for their members. The program has been held at the Amelia Island Plantation Resort and the Ritz-Carlton in Amelia Island, Florida, and is designed for women who aspire to be senior leaders on campus. The three day curriculum has an overall focus on building the next generation of leaders in higher education administration and student affairs. This is a great program for women of all ages to come together to learn and network with one another, forming bonds that will last a lifetime.
