Make certain each delegate has your promotional materials when they leave Orlando. ACUI will insert your CD, brochure, or flier in each delegate bag. Materials must be prepared by the exhibiting company and shipped to the conference location. This opportunity is only available to exhibitors.

ACUI Mobile App Advertising
The ACUI mobile app features downloadable mobile guides for
ACUI programs and services, which allow users to manage their
schedule, browse exhibitor lists, and access other information.
Powered by Guidebook, the ACUI event guide for the 2012 annual
conference was downloaded to more than 1,100 devices, with 1,200
total individuals participating at the event.
Companies can promote their organization and/or products through a
banner advertisement that appears at the bottom of the main menu on any event guide, which will show in
rotation with a limited number of ads. When users click on the
banner, they will be directed to a page within the mobile guide
that includes the banner image, your company name, a description, and a "More Info" button that
will link to your website.

Lead Retrieval System
Utilize ACUI's Lead Retrieval System at the 2014 conference to track those attendees you meet and follow up with prospects after the show. At the conclusion of the show, you receive your data in a CSV file.
