Why Become a Conference Sponsor?

ACUI and the members value its corporate partnership program as an important part of the conference experience. At the conference, colleges and universities connect with the companies and learn the value that those organizations can bring to their various programs. The conference also offers businesses the opportunities to highlight and showcase new products and services that are key to student success and student union operations.

Bronze – $2,500
  • Conference registration for one company representative
  • Invitation to the Professional Staff Reception

    Silver – $3,500
    • Conference registration for two company representatives
    • Invitation to the Professional Staff Reception

      Gold – $5,000
      • Conference registration for three company representatives

      Professional Staff Reception

      The two-hour reception will provide conference attendees and the corporate sponsors time to connect, socialize, and build relationships while showcasing valuable products and services.

      Who can participate?

      You may either participate solely as a corporate partner showcase exhibitor, or you may participate as a conference sponsor or annual corporate partner, which includes display spaces in the showcase.

      How are booths assigned?

      Booth are assigned on factors including when the application and payment is included and as well as doing our best to ensure that competitors are not placed right next to each other.

      Rates

      Member: $1,000
      Nonmember: $6,000

      Rates include conference registration for one company representative and one 6-foot table.
