ACUI Collegiate Clay Target Championships

Shotgun Bowl Series Host requirements

Course of Fire:

100 American Trap Targets, 100 American Skeet Targets, 100 Sporting Clay Targets, 50 Five Stand Targets

Shoot Schedule:

Friday – Sporting Clays 8:00 AM, 11:00 PM, 2:00 PM
Friday – Five Stand 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday – American Skeet 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday – Sporting Clays 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Sunday – American Trap 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sunday – Sporting Clays 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Facilities:

The range should be large enough to easily handle 200 shooters in the Trap and Skeet squadded events.  That would be approximately 6 trap fields and 7 skeet fields. The Sporting Clay course should be able to accommodate 12 to 15 stations. The Five Stand can be shot on two fields of 25 or one Field of 50 (five pairs from each station so this would require a few extra machines)

Responsibilities:

ACUI will handle online registration and squadding. The range or host team club must have sufficient personal to actually run the shoot. There will be an ACUI representative present at all sectional events to assist with issues and present awards. It is recommended that the range be a member of the NSSA-NSCA, ATA, and NSSF.
