Certification Task Force Launched

It is my pleasure to announce that ACUI has launched a Certification Task Force to explore the feasibility of whether ACUI should pursue a voluntary certification process for the Association. As the task force chair, I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to apply or nominate individuals who are well-suited for this position.

The task force is interested in ACUI professionals that have strong leadership skills, possess a broad range of experiences, and have a willingness to be a part of a team that will have an impact on the Association’s future.

A position description is available online, including steps on how to apply to be a member of the task force. In the meantime, please feel free to call me at 252.328.4702 or e-mail woodardb@ecu.edu to discuss this opportunity to have your voice heard in ACUI.

This is a great avenue for all levels of professionals to get involved with the association. For full consideration, please e-mail your application materials to acui@acui.org by Jan. 14, 2011.
